About Us

The WillPower Foundation exists to lend financial assistance to families and individuals with disabilities with little to none of the bureaucracy normally associated with this process. Since its inception in 2008, WillPower has granted more than $12,000 to families in Western Massachusetts to help them meet the needs of their family members.

How WillPower Can Help

The application procedure is simple and straight forward and requires only information that can be documented about the needs of the individual and the amount of money it will take to satisfy those needs. WillPower can make grants up to $1,000.00 per family/individual per year. Grants are given to cover a range of needs, including mobility equipment, therapy costs, private tutoring, and personal care needs such as diapers. How you help WillPower

To raise money to support our mission, WillPower sponsors a number of events including our annual 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament and the “Your Friends Are My Friends” brunch (see our “News and Special Events” page for a calendar of events). We would encourage you to attend and participate in as many of our events as possible! Additionally, we welcome private donations throughout the year.
